Full Immersion.... DUBAI - RHINO+CINEMA4D+VRAY
The Full Immersion Training Course in DUBAI – Rhino + Cinema 4D + V-Ray – has been designed for those who, having no specific knowledge, wants to quickly learn a reliable work method that, in just 40 hours of course, allows to be immediately productive both in modeling 3D and photorealistic rendering.
It is not a coincidence that we have chosen Rhino, Cinema 4D and Vray.
Rhino: for its infinite possibilities of modeling both NURBS and Mesh, traditional or parametric.
Cinema4D: for its very intuitive use and its lightness.
VrayforC4D: rendering engine with the best compromise between quality and render times.
These software if well connected, within an effective and efficient workflow, allow immediately high quality results. Providing a clear and accurate presentation, the student will be able to communicate in the best way the “architectural design” proposed. The operational steps that lead to the realization of a complete digital model are two: modeling and rendering. In the first phase of “modeling” (Rhinoceros), which provides the basics for the realization of a 3D architectural model, the student will be able to face all the major problems encountered in academic and professional field. The second phase of “rendering” (Cinema4D and Vrayforc4d), will allow the student to learn how to make photo-realistic images considering the physical principles that are the basis of the same, afocusing the themes of: natural and artificial lighting, material properties and composition of the shots.
The course is divided into five theoretical and practical lessons. Each lesson consists of 8 hours for a total of 40 hours. The days of lessons are structured according to the following program:
- Sunday, March 13th, 2016, from 09:00 to 18:00 (13:00 / 14:00 lunch break);
- Monday,March 14th, 2016, from 09:00 to 18:00 (13:00 / 14:00 lunch break);
- Tuesday, March 15th, 2016, from 09:00 to 18:00 (13:00 / 14:00 lunch break);
- Wednesday, March 16th, 2016, from 09:00 to 18:00 (13:00 / 14:00 lunch break);
- Thursday, March 17th, 2016, from 09:00 to 18:00 (13:00 / 14:00 lunch break).

Prerequisites:
The course is open to all participants, no previous knowledge of modeling and rendering techniques is required (although an introductory knowledge is welcome). Participants should bring their own laptop .

| Lesson1 RHINO | Overview RHINO interface layer, object properties, differentiation commands, drawing commands main explanation commands: Curves, Surfaces and Polysurfaces. |
| Lesson2 RHINO | Introduction to construction plans, File Import 2d with its optimization (DWG / DXF, EPS / AI). |
| Lesson3 RHINO/C4D | RHINO / C4D Complete construction of three-dimensional architectural model with an explanation of the controls. Exporting from Rhino, Import in Cinema 4D, and a panoramic setting on the interface of Cinema 4D. Optimized management of objects and “layer” in C4D. Settings “output” C4D, setting cameras C4D. (Technical knowledge and basic on the photograph). |
| Lesson4 C4D/VRAY | C4D / VRAY Types of lights and related settings, introduction to Global Illumination, introduction algorithms Vray Physical and SKY SUN, Introduction to Physical Room (notions about photography REFLEX). Use and management of omnidirectional lights with application of light curves (lights with IES), basics of lighting. Test of internal setting. |
| Lesson5 C4D/VRAY | C4D / VRAY BRDF materials, creating materials based texture, outline of the shader, Test Indoor / Outdoor. Procedural materials, Mix Algorithms / texture, Test Indoor / Outdoor, optimized settings VrayBridge. (High and low quality). |
Certificates:
If the participant will complete at least 90% of the total hours of the course will receive:
- Certificate of attendance.
- Official McNeel Rhinoceros Certificate LEVEL 1.
